REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, and RETURNS – From Our Terms and Conditions

We are very small and our products, by their nature, are extremely limited in production run; therefore, our policy is “All Sales Are Final, No Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted, and No Refunds Are Issued.” We may make reasonable exceptions to this policy. When in doubt, please reach out with your order number within a week after receiving your order!

RETURNS

We don’t offer returns but we will try to make it right if there’s something wrong with your order. Please get a hold of us with your order number within seven (7) days of receiving your order at support[@]adrianfeliciano.com for help.

We do not, under any circumstances, accept returns of sealed goods such as, but not limited to, face masks which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

Refunds or like-for-like exchanges are only offered to customers that received the wrong items or items damaged in shipping. If any of these apply, please contact us with your order number within seven (7) days of receiving your order at support[@]adrianfeliciano.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll help you sort it out. Once defect or damage is confirmed, we’ll be happy to issue a refund or offer an exchange within seven (7) days of confirmation.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.

Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support[@]adrianfeliciano.com within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!

LATE or MISSING ITEMS

Before reaching out, please help us by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—I​f you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, and it’s been thirty (30) days past the expected arrival date, please get in touch with us at support[@]adrianfeliciano.com with your order number.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U​SPS ZIP Code Lookup​ to make sure you get it right!

One time, while on the way to meet and interview a job applicant over lunch, I entered “[REDACTED] Washington Street, Boston, MA” into my GPS and picked a random zip-code because, silly me, I never verified the actual one. I ended up ten miles away in Quincy.

EU CONSUMERS:

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
